To eliminate any surprises, confusion or misunderstanding our professional fees are listed below. Payment is due at the time of the session, either before or after. TRC accepts cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.

Counseling Rates

     Initial Intake Session (60-75 minutes) 200.

     Regular 45-50 min Session - 150.

     Addiction Group Session 2 hr. - 60. per week.

     Couple Session 50 minute - 200.

     Extended Session/Double 60+ Minutes - 300.

Clinical Assessments

     Sexual Dependency Inventory 4 - 125.

     Post Traumatic Stress Index (Revised) - 100.

Insurance

    TRC and Chris Causey do not bill insurance directly. We are considered an out-of-network provider. To support you in getting a portion of your counseling costs reimbursed, our Administration staff can provide a Statement of Services with all the information Insurance providers need in order to process your claim.

     To eliminate any confusion, it is often best to call your insurance provider ahead of scheduling and inquire what percentage they reimburse for seeing an out-of-network counselor if this is important to you.
